Payment for our services must be made in full before the event takes place, and a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total cost is required to secure our services. If you need to cancel our services, please notify us as soon as possible. We have a cancellation and refund policy that states if you cancel your event at least 30 days before the event date, you will be entitled to a refund of any payments made, less the non-refundable deposit.

We will keep all information shared with us confidential, including event details and personal information. We will not share any information with third parties without your prior written consent. District 5 reserves the right to terminate our services if you breach any of these terms and conditions. Any amendments to these terms and conditions will be effective immediately upon publication on our website.
